The property is situated in an Art Nouveau building on a beautiful tree-lined street in a truly iconic part of the 13th district, just steps away from a variety of cafés, restaurants, and shops. This fully equipped home is ideal for a short or extended stay.

This place is in the heart of an exclusive, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Try dining at one of the many local restaurants nearby, or head to a charming café for drinks. The banks of the Danube offer a stunning view just a few steps away. St. Stephen’s Park and Margaret Island are within walking distance. Major tourist attractions and the city center are easily accessible by public transportation. For an amazing experience, take tram line #2, which runs along the riverbank.

You’ll have full access to the apartment and complete privacy during your stay. The apartment features a spacious living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and blackout curtains, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a stovetop, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The apartment is also equipped with the following hotel-style amenities:
- shower gel;
- shampoo and conditioner;
- 1 large and 1 medium towel per person;
- 1 dish towel;
- bathmat;
- freshly dry-cleaned bed linens;
- additional toiletries (e.g., makeup remover, cotton pads, earplugs, etc.);
- high-speed internet;
- various international TV channels;
- Netflix on TV if you log in with your own account;
- a small workstation in the living room.

Please note that I work with a company that provides freshly cleaned and ironed bed linens and towels; I only have the quantities listed above available at the apartment. I am happy to change the linens and provide housekeeping upon request for reservations longer than 7 days, once every 7 days of your stay.
