A wonderful place to stay. All the amenities available that you would need including a decent hairdryer! Supermarket just round the corner. Walking distance to Margaret island and a lot of the main attractions. I had my six year old daughter with me and she managed the walking really well. Boiler unfortunately broke whilst we were there but fixed very quickly. Nothing was a problem and all my questions answered so promptly. So kind and helpful I can’t thank them enough! A fantastic trip and highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

Great stay! A lot of attention to detail on the decor. Parking is metered street, so I can be tricky, but there’s a taxi stop and public transportation steps away from the door. Overall, would stay again

The room was very safe and incredibly convenient to our transportation needs. We did not have a car but getting around was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Katalin was a joy to work with, although we didn't get to actually meet her, she did everything we needed. Thanks!

Wonderful stay
We booked the stay for the Formula One which is just outside of the city, but also wanted to take in the City having not been to Budapest before, the apartment itself is in a great location, with so much on your doorstep, everywhere was clean and the host was really friendly and helpful, had a great stay!

Our apartment was African themed and the apartment really brought out the little deatails that made Africa so special. Both beds were extremley comfortable, and we really enjoyed the stay.

The suite was nicely decorated and thoroughly cleaned. It was conveniently located right next to public transport and only costs £4 to get to town with Taxify. Loads of space in the flat and it felt very homely. It’s also just steps away from all the shops, bars and restaurants you need :) And Katalin was lovely and VERY helpful. She’ll make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

High quality apartment, central location
The apartment is very close to St Margaret's Bridge and a short walk to the Parliament building. Many other sites of interest are within walking distance, so it was not really necessary to get a day pass on the transport system, just the occasional single ticket. Inside, the apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with a Moroccan theme. The other two apartments have African and Hungarian themes. The kitchen is well equipped but meals are so cheap that we only ate breakfast in the apartment.

Awesome apartments

Totally recommend!
This apartment was really lovely, decorated to high spec in an amazing Moroccan theme, really clean and inviting. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to to see the whole city. Katalin was very helpful and allowed an early check in for us and also arranged a transfer to the airport for us. One small recommendation would be some extra pillows but other than that the stay was absolutely perfect!!

I'm very sorry you did not like the entrance of the building, however since I'm just one of the apartment owners and I'm no owner of the whole building, I have minor control over the common grounds. I did my best to make the apartments as pleasant and cosy as possible, which I hope you enjoyed. As a local, I think the general condition of historical buildings in Budapest can be really rundown unfortunately, compare to that standard our building is reasonably tidy and clean, at least I never had such complaint about it. However, I hope the enterior and the location could make up this inconvenience to you!

Lovely apartment close to all transport links.
Supermarket round the corner, Prima Pek seconds away for coffee and pastries, McDonalds 2 minutes away...although 5 minutes away near the Metro stop is the most beautiful building housing another McD. Secure and comfortable accommodation. The washing machine was handy as airline lost our case. A great way to start feeling Christmassy with all the markets and mulled wine. Spa at the Gellert Hotel was amazing and the Espresso bar served great cakes and coffee at very reasonable prices. Can’t wait to go back!

A simply wonderful apartment right in the heart of Budapest. I can't fault anything about it. Loved the decor, the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding and would not hesitate to go back, or to recommend to our friends. 通りに面した場所なのに室内は静かだし、部屋も綺麗で居心地がよかった。 オーナーさんもレスポンスが早くて安心感がある。 ドライヤーは本体が熱くなると止まってしまうので、1番熱いモードにはしないで乾かすと時間は少しかかるが止まらずに乾かせてよかった。

Location, location, location
An optimal location for visiting Budapest. Everything is within short walking distance (tram, train, bakery, restaurant, shops, mini-statues). Great communication and flexibility - we will surely come back.

Very nice and quiet suites
Very nice and quiet suites in well maintained and well secured backyard of a large building in a great location. Tram and metro are within a short walking distance. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The suites are furnished according to themes and in very good and clean condition. This uncomplicated accommodation is fully recommended.

A lovely place!
We really enjoyed our stay in Suites 13. It’s a very comfortable apartment with everything you need. The owner of the apartmentd was easy to get in touch with and was helpfull, even though we arrived late, it was no problem for the check-in. It’s a very good location in the center of Budapest and it’s easy to get around. we will definitely come back!

L'appartamento non mancava di niente ed era confortevole. L'aria condizionata, sufficientemente potente per i giorni di gran caldo, è stata preziosa. Forse la colazione un po' scarsa ma, la pasticceria ed i market nelle vicinanze (sotto casa) sono stati utilissimi. In un negozio 24/24 di bibite ci ha permesso di recuperare le bibite anche ad ora tarda.

추천합니다
부다페스트 여행계획이라면 적극 추천합니다. 트램2번 종점쪽에 위치해서 버스 트램등등 교통이 너무 편리하고 숙소도 너무 좋았어요. 트램2번타고 세체니쪽에 내리면 유명한 관광명소는 거의 다 볼수 있어요. 굳이 단점을 말하자면 조심해서 사용해야하는 약한 전압 뿐이었어요^^

Intimate and fulfils expectations
The Suites 13 served all our expectations. Very good in location (the river, Margaret Island, shops etc), very clean, contains everything one might need in few days stay, the hostess Katalin was very active, initiative taking and friendly. If I would come to Budapest again in terms of vacation, would stay here again.
