中欧を周る3週間の内4泊を利用しました 集合マンションの10室位をアパートとして貸し出しているようで入口に常駐しているのは、マンションの管理人でホテルの対応はマンション内の別の部屋に住む方でした チェックイン時に全額現金前払い( カード不可 ) でしかも英語はあまり通じず苦労しました アパート式のホテルに泊まるのは初めてで洗濯機、ガスレンジ など便利に使用しましたが、器具に対する事前の説明又は英語の説明書があればもっと良かったです。 観光、買い物等は全て徒歩圏内でしたのでロケーションは便利でした。

fijne plek om Boedapest te bezoeken.

Groot en net appartement. 10 minuten van de basiliek en binnenstad. De appartementen liggen in een appartementengebouw en zijn NIET te herkennen van buitenaf. De mevrouw wacht je buiten op. Het gebouw ziet er goed uit, de parkeergarage onder het pand is netjes en ruim. Met de rolstoel is alles goed begaanbaar. Liften, ruime kamer, brede deuren. Ons appartement had een voledig uitegruste keuken, oven, magnetron, koelkast, apparte slaapkamer, stofzuiger, strijkplank en bad. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader als je Boedapest wil bezoeken. Niet duur en veel waar voor je geld.

Simple Apartment, Convenient Location

Apartment is at a central location and it is convenient to get to most sightseeing places. Apartment is reasonably furnished and simple. There is no air-conditioning in the room, and it seemed that many hungarian apartments may be like this?? Another negative was that the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable as i can feel the springs throughout the night.

Adler Apartments

I booked the Adler Apts solely because of its location and from this point of view it was excellent as we could walk everywhere we needed to. Our 1 bedroom apt. had a pull out sofa in LR & could sleep 4. It was clean but basic. Kitchen has microwave, toaster, oven, electric kettle, etc. and cutlery & plates etc. & there is a supermarket a block away. Bathroom also had washer & dryer. TV in LR but only channels in Hungarian :( Despite the fact that the apt. is in the middle of the "party district" it was extremely quiet - all the apts face inwards towards a court and not onto the street. Bed was soft to sit on but okay for sleeping. There is an elevator. The one negative is that we were given only one key. Key fits front door and the apt. door so if people come back separately you need to wait for someone to open the front door. There is a security man so I guess one could bang loudly but I waited a few minutes for someone to come. The woman who manages the apts. speaks limited English. When we first arrived no-one was downstairs - you need to press a buzzer + number on the outside and there is a phone number if you have a working phone (which we didn't). I did find that if I emailed someone did respond with answers to questions etc. I would use Adler Apts again because of the convenience. By the way, the apts are not all rentals - many of them are owned and people live there year round. Only about 2 floors are rented.

Schönes Apartment inmitten der Kneipenmeile

Ingesamt ein sehr schönes Apartment. Allerdings lies die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten bei Ankunft und Abreise zu wünschen übrig. Aufgrund der guten Lage, insbesondere für junge Leute, konnte man aber leicht darüber hinweg sehen.

Hotels.comin varaussivustolla ei lukenut, että koko yöpyminen pitää maksaa käteisellä saapuessa. Lähes kaikki paikalliset valuuttamme meni hotellin maksamiseen. Lisäksi hotellin astiat olivat likaisia, siivousta ei ollut ja sängyssä ei ollut petauspatjaa. Myös erikseen tilattu vauvan sänky heilui valtavasti, ja vauvalle oli pedattu aikuisen tyyny ja peitto.

Best location! Large apartment but dated. Fun street. Staff could be friendlier. Sheets and towels not changed for three or four days. The living room couch bed should be replaced. Overall we were pleased. I recommed it if the user is not fussy.

Adler Apartments nejsou hotelem v pravém slova smyslu, jde o byty nacházející se v bytovém domě. Nespornou výhodou je parkování v podzemní garáži, při našem příjezdu byla ovšem ulice ze strany vjezdu (jde o jednosměrnou ulici) uzavřena z důvodu stavebních úprav na jednom z domů a paní správcová, která nás ubytovávala nám prostě jen stroze oznámila, že "parking not possible" a tím to pro ni bylo vyřízeno. Problémem pro správcovou však bylo (a byla proto poněkud nepříjemná), že v rezervaci bylo uvedeno jméno manžela a při přihlašování k ubytování jsem jednala já. Čistota apartmánu byla ucházející, když člověk pominul výrazné fleky na potahu pohovky. Poloha ubytování jednoznačně skvělá - přímo v centru. Kladně lze hodnotit i nižší cenu (právě vzhledem k poloze v městu). Nicméně celkově hodnotím toto ubytování jako mírné zklamání (s ohledem na fotografie na oficiálních stránkách Adler apartments a i vzhledem k jednání správcové).

Onbetrouwbare aanbieder en schandalige bejegening

Na een tussentijds verblijf in Bratislava zouden we nog een dag in Boedapest doorbrengen voor we weer naar Nederland zouden vertrekken. Bij aankomst werd ons doodleuk verteld dat ons appartement al vergeven was. Hoewel dat al vervelend genoeg was, werden we ook nog eens voorgelogen over de reden waarom. Eerst was het omdat wij geen bevestiging zouden hebben gestuurd, toen omdat Hotels.com niet meer zou bestaan en toen we belden met hotels.com, omdat de leiding van Adler net was vervangen. In plaats van ons rustig te woord te staan en op zoek te gaan naar een oplossing, werd ons op beschuldigende toon verweten dat we niet hadden bevestigd dat we zouden komen. Allemaal grote onzin bleek later toen de aap uit de mouw kwam: wij hadden maar één nacht gereserveerd, terwijl de rest van de appartementen voor meer dagen waren gereserveerd. Geen fijne afsluiting van een verder prima vakantie.

Это квартира, пологаю не одна, в многоэтажном доме недалеко от центра города. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. (плита, холодильник, набор посуды, даже стиральная машина) Трудно найти,название присутствует только на табличке домофона.
