This luxury, entertainment-packed 3800sqft home in Buda is a peaceful, private retreat just 20–25 mins from Downtown Austin, COTA, UT Stadium, Airport & San Marcos (river floating). Enjoy a private pool (hot tub available), epic game room, expansive private backyard, massive 85" TV home theater system, full gym, gourmet kitchen w/ high end appliances, coffee bar & fire pit. Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms + premium pull-out couch. Quiet, very private, perfect for family stays, executive escapes, girls' weekends, or romantic getaways.

4 BEDROOMS

Master Suite: Luxury King bed w/ memory foam topper, dresser, reading chaise and garden view. Private Italian marble dual-head walk-in shower with bench, his and her vanities. Massive closet with a seated makeup area and full sized mirror.

Guest Room 1: Queen bed / memory foam topper, large computer desk and a spacious closet.

Guest Room 2: King bed w/ memory foam mattress + Twin Trundle (2 twin beds), dresser and walk in closet.

Property is for guest use only. All guests must be listed on the reservation. No outside guests, gatherings, or events allowed without prior written approval. Each additional guest is $50/person per 4-hour block and a one time additional cleaning fee of $50 (1–4 guests) or $100 (5–8 guests). For inquiries about events, extended stays, or additional services, contact Timothy prior to booking.

Neighborhood noise ordinance begins at 10 PM.

Security cameras monitor entrance, outdoor areas, gym and game room.

Park in the driveway only—no street parking.
