It was issues upon my arrival with checking in and i had my confirmation number and receipt. The customer service was terrible and we were nenever greeted when coming or going, yhey just looked at us crazy. When checking out they didn't even come to desk. She said you booked online so just leave your key card on counter

Never stay at this place again. Their photos are just to deceive the customers. This is a low class motel. They advetise free breakfast; but provide low quality snacks at the counter. No staff there other than a receptionist.

Perhaps the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced in a Hotel anywhere in the US. Impressive! Can only think of nice things to say about this hotel.

This is the 3rd year we've stayed @ The Bicenntenial when we come in for the Holidays. We like the location. We can go from there to visit family or shopping. As far as our room goes Wow! the bed was fantastic. Everything was clean. As long as the Bicenntenial is around we'll be staying there.

No front desk person on a regular shift. Noise level off the charts. Bathrooms deplorably small and water temps not easy to control. Beds squeaky and uncomfortable. Do not stay at this facility

It was a very comfortable stay. Very convenient to hike rock climbing and other adventures for a weekend. The place was clean and quiet.

Our stay was great the staff that we had dealings with were wonderful. The rooms were in great condition. The only downfall was that in the morning you could hear every door open and close. We did the overnight tour at the Asylum so we came back to take a nap before leaving, but it was short-lived due to hearing all the doors.

What a great surprise to find this inn. We will be back next year. Great location. Excellent staff. Rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of water pressure for your hot shower. They even have a place to eat and have a nice drink at the end of the day. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks! See you next year!!

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very neat and clean. It did look like they are doing some improvements on the building inside but there were no loud noises and was a pleasure staying there. There are lots of food options within walking distance and little shops that you can visit during your stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here on our trip home from the Backyard Brawl. It was wonderful! The staff was amazing and our room was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay we had here. Had 5 slots in a room to themselves that we played for a bit before hitting the 88 lounge that is inside the hotel. Had a few drinks and went outside and sat around the fire ring. Really just a nice quiet place (was a Tuesday though maybe louder on weekends). The bathrooms are a little small but hot water and water pressure are second to none. Loved the big showerhead. Comfortable mattress too no backache like some hotels cause. Would definitely stay again!!

This was well worth the wee extra jaunt off of I-79. A splendid little hotel in a delightful setting. Staff was friendly, courteous, and competent. A great experience for a very reasonable price.

Decent stay for the price
The rooms have been nicely updated, the water pressure was excellent. Good AC. The linens were definitely worn, especially the sheets, they were a bit pilly... Get fresh sheets/blanket covers and this turns into a much better stay. The grab and go breakfast was very basic )bananas, pre-packaged muffins, and a couple other items).

OK Except Bathroom
It was OK - nothing to write home about, but nothing to make me run screaming :) Bed was comfortable, new carpet, and good food in the area (Fish Hawk Cafe). Bathroom had what looked like construction glue on the floors and the shower had some mold in the corners. They use a cotton shower curtain which seems unhygienic and should use a curved shower curtain rod to keep the curtain from brushing up against you while showering.
