"It is definitely an old house which is okay but can very well use some things to help clean it up. The guest I was with felt it was dirty and she is a realtor. Other than that decent location and neighborhood. Wouldn’t necessarily classify as gorgeous but it was good. Great coffee shop right around the corner called “good news cafe”! A/c was great. I Didn’t communicate much with host"

"Amazing host and extremely well stocked - kitchen had every appliance imaginable, and so many thoughtful touches throughout. Loved the binder full of local tourism knowledge and instruction manuals. Whoever cleans the house did a great job. However, the house was in pretty bad shape, literally. Not disrepair, but because it’s so old, everything is a bit jenky.
