The spa is good, with a few different sauna rooms available. Breakfast was nice. Outdoor area is great, especially on a nice day. The room was quite noisy due to the proximity to the kitchen. Having to pay £15 for parking we thought was quite steep and usually included in the price of the stay. Please move the smoking area away from the entrance - multiple times we were forced to inhale other people's smoke when entering and exiting.

A great place to splurge and spent a delightful time.

I really like the people that run it ...you can have a laugh and a joke and their professional. I love the quirky old fashioned styling but it's done in a modern way. The menu seemed basic but the quality of the food was fantastic everybody should try the prawns starter !!! Two dislikes Coffee machine in room too small difficult to use. The noise of extractor fans outside the windows was a constant drone but okay if you're used to noise and not from the quiet countryside. I'm definitely going to visit again and I still give it a 9 /10

Lovely place. Very convenient and well designed. We were very disappointed that the pool was ' Closed until further notice ', as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel over others nearby.
