"We actually booked a different hotel but when we arrived for check in a woman came and told us to go across the street. It may have been a language barrier, but she refused to explain anything. "Hotel was nice and staff pleasant. BUT I chose this hotel because it listed air conditioned rooms. The A/C systems were not turned on yet. Our room got quite warm and a call to the desk confirmed no A/C was possible. Despite the Expedia listing. I filter my searches by ONE category- air conditioning. ..."
