"We stayed at the Hotel for two nights. Staff was not availabel after 6pm. Had to call to get a code to retrieve the room key on Sunday night!! Hotel was quiet and clean…staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a nice variety! One caveat … Property has no elevator! We came from the United States and had to drag our large luggage to the first floor!! We made it but need to be considered for elderly guests. Overall very good hotel to stay. Definitely would stay there again!!!"

"I had such a nice stay! While family was at Fachklinik Dr. Herzog, I stayed here, only a few minutes walking distance. I enjoyed a comfortable and clean room, patio, a lovely breakfast daily and helped myself to a beverage in the evening from the cooler (leave cash, with the honor system). My hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. WiFi is much stronger here than at the Klinik, so I could easily communicate with members at home. "To be fair, I either like a place (five stars) or I don't (one star or none). I liked this place. Danke to the staff. Rooms were fun and the breakfast was endearing. The location is authentic if not touristic. And there is an enjoyable Italian restaurant improbably nearby."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but there were 2 beds pulled together with two separate covers vs one larger bed. We understand that this is common in Europe but have not seen it in a while and have always had one larger bed (my husband and I travel a lot). The toilet was also spitting water out onto the floor with every flush. The weirdest thing is that I’ve seen this before 2 years ago when I stayed at the same hotel. So this is not a random thing for them....
