"Das fast familiäre Hotel mit nur 9 Zimmern liegt sehr günstig an einem der schönsten Plätze Erfurts, die Zimmer sind aber gut isoliert und ruhig. Die Räume sind groß, geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Meine Frau und ich würden jederzeit wieder kommen und haben auch das ausgezeichnete japanische Essen im Nashi Dining sehr genossen."

"Great location for exploring Weimar’s key sights, and right by a bus hub for buses to the station or other places (such as Buchenwald). We arrived very early but they had our room ready and were happy for us to access it as soon as we arrived. Room was a good size and comfortable. "

We spent three days in Weimar to se the Goethe Wohnhaus, Bauhaus Museum etc. We did not use bar or restaurant- instead, we tried restaurants nearby - traditional German restaurant, modern hipster-style Vietnamese burger restaurant, modern European restaurant...so much to choose from in Weimar..."

The great reception team made us feel at home from the start and treated us to an upgrade from the junior suite we'd booked to the Gropius Suite, a beautifully designed spacious suite in homage to the German-American founder of the Bauhaus school of architecture. We marveled at the attention to detail in the decor on the walls, the floor, the furniture. We treated ourselves to a gourmet dinner...
