"Staff was very helpful! We loved the included free minibar that was replenished daily throughout our stay. We also enjoyed how close the hotel was to the #19 tram stop which takes you right into Marienplatz as well as the underground train system to get throughout Munich and surrounding areas. The breakfast buffet was good value, with lots of options. The only thing we struggled with was the air conditioning, the fan was very low and the room did not get cold. This was ok for late September but may be an issue in the heat of the summer! We would stay here again!"

"Finally, when checking out, one lady staff chatted with unrelated people instead of helping me after waiting for a long time. Later, other colleagues found that I had waited too long and finished that lady’s job who needs some training for the professional front desk"

"The staff was very helpful. I had a mobility scooter delivered due to an injury and they were very accommodating and helpful. It's close to the bus and train making getting around easy. The breakfast was perfect to start the day with. This is not a glamourous hotel but it is clean, quite and friendly. I'd stay here again."
