"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

"Apartment was on the 6th floor of a communist era block. The entrance is from the back and it is locked with cameras. But it is heavily graffitied and definitely off-putting at first. There is a washer available and the entire apartment was spotless. The only issue we had was the mattresses. They appear to be in good shape but you could feel the springs and they were very hard to sleep on. But we managed"

"Great location, friendly staff, lovely interior decor. This hotel is a deal gem, walking distance from the old town with lots of great bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the small and well stocked hotel bar and wine cellar was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely look at staying here again on a trip to Bucharest."
