Arrived to building to find lift out of action 145 stairs and 8 floors to apartment, 2 guests over 70 years old and 2 cases to carry. Insufficient kitchen utensils for 2 guests and listing suggests sleeps up to 8 people.Water rusty brown colour from taps and took over 5 minutes to run hot from shower
