We loved our stay in Out of the Woods. The only tiny, minor thing would be to have some tea towels in the kitchen but that’s being super picky. Would definitely recommend 😊

Perfect apartment for a family vacation. It is in a central location, perfect to explore the city. Newly renovated and beautiful design, and super clean. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed. We felt like at home. Everything was great!

The property was clean and comfortable, and with all the amenities as advertised. The heating worked perfectly all the time, something important during our trip to Bucharest. The HOLT staff is responsive and very helpful. I can highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely stay in Bucharest. Apartment was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Really liked the location and very close by to coffee shops. Beds were comfortable. The communication was faultless - we received rapid responses from the team to all our enquiries including those just before we travelled as well as during our stay. As there is nowhere to store luggage, we were very grateful to be able to arrange a last minute late checkout at additional cost. (Holt also recommend various storage lockers / businesses around Bucharest too). If we had one criticism, maybe a bit of an enhanced clean on the things that don't get cleaned between every guest e.g. marks on walls could be wiped, flies removed from the inside of the bedroom ceiling light, and some scuffs / marks touched up, stainless steel on kettle cleaned, conditioner bottle pump dispenser changed as broken - that would take it from a 9/10 to a 10/10 property! But overall we had everything we needed and would be happy to stay in a Holt property in future. Thanks for all your help and prompt answers to every single enquiry we raised. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were lovely by the way!

Please be aware that the elevator is 100 years. It is the smallest elevator even seen. It only fits one person and one suitcase. The warm water in the shower does not work. You will take a cold shower. There is serious leakage problem from the shower door. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor is flooded. The size of the bathroom is so small, like a toilet in an airplane. The entrance to the apartment building is dirty, full of graffiti.
