Never even got to stay here! Booked the room through hotels.com app, got confirmation that booking was confirmed, but we never got to enter the building. There was no sign on the building were to enter the apartment, and when calling the number provided to ask for check in or for them to open up, the person told us he had no idea what we were talking about, and that he did not work in this business, he was a carrier and we must have had the wrong number.

Stay away

The location is amazing! But STAY AWAY this is the worst attempted stay I have ever had. The place is run down broken floors. The light in the bathroom didn't work. One of those places from the movies it is so bad! Save yourself the 30 dollars and go to a hostel or an actual hotel.

Though a bit hard to find, the people working there are great, the location is near perfect, the place is clean and the vibe is perfect. Suggest you'd definately think about staying here.

Will never recommend and very disappointing

We never got to see the property as we could not get access to it. We arranged to check in after midnight and the owner was aware of this. According to him, there should have been a security guard to allow access to the building, but there wasn't. The entrance was very hard to find and after asking various locals at 2am (in the rain) to help, nobody could help either because they didn't know or because they couldn't understand English. When we eventually found it, it was locked and no guard in sight. We knocked several times and tried in vain to phone the owner. We also sent an email and didn't hear from him at all until the following day. We were forced to find alternative accommodation for the duration of our stay. The owner, at first, accepted no responsibility. Only after I mentioned an honest review of events, did he offer a refund. It was short-lived as he changed his mind after being contacted by hotels.com about the matter. He then accused us of been liars and slandered us by saying we're trying to blackmail him. Hotels.com won't admit that failure to access was not our fault. The owner is rude; he took money for a service we were not able to access. Worst of all, he never came back to us to find out where his guests were. He seemed completely disinterested, unaccommodating and was happy to take our money for a service he never bothered to render. As for hotels.com, it seems they were reluctant to confront the owner. They came, they saw and they left...

Awful beds, not working internet and microwave.

Beds are awful. Internet and microwave don't work. We asked the host to repair an Internet but probably he forgot about it. Air condition is in the living room only and you can't open a window in the bedroom, cause windows face very noisy street.

체크인을하지못했다 주소는맞는데숙박하는아파트가아니라고경비원이알려주었다호스트에게멜일을보냈는데서버를차단해놔서보내지지않았다 전화를해도받지않았다아파트비밀번호를메일로보내줘야하는데도착했냐는메일만오고끝이었다 다른호텔을예약하고저녁때다시가니호스트가우연히우리와만났다사정을얘기하고다음날로연기해달 라고하니안된다고한다 느낌이이상해서아파트를보여달라고하자억지를쓰기시작했다체크인 안하면보여줄수없단다경비원에게저사라여기사냐고물어보니 안산다고했다 내가따지자약올리는투로말하곤바이바이하며사라졌다 이건정말사기다 오랜시간앱을이용해서예약했지만 이번만큼은용서가안된다확실한조사와대응책이절실하다
