This was our second time staying here before a flight. Great hotel with a wonderful breakfast and free transport to the airport each hour. The dinner options were also quite good. The only complaint is the shower drains very slowly. This happened in during both of our stays. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy.

The hotel is pretty basic, and they do transportation by car only once every hour. The TV was not working in the first room we got, and it took a long time to get moved to a different room.

Transportation is limited, if you are traveling after midnight, you will not get transportation service, plus when you are going back to airport from hotel, the bus service is limited. It leaves every other hour. some times more than an hour.

Hotel is perfect, staff, breakfest, rooms, cleaning, free parking, restaurant and food... Little bit difficult is way from norrh direction ro hotel and from hotel to Oropeni center or Bucurest center. Hotel is on right side of 6 lines main road wit h intensive trafic...

I did not like the lack of communication for my transport. I called the day before to schedule shuttle pick up time for the next day. Instructions on where this pick up located was not clear. The staff were friendly

Great stay!
Great experience. Very close to the airport (20min walk). Its very clean the staff is amazing as well, very helpful. I needed an adapter for my uk plug and the receptionist provided me with one. Also, they have a shuttle service to the airport which is great! Breakfast buffet is ample and tastes great. Theres also a bus stop right around the corner and you can take buses all the way to the city.

I really liked that they offered a FREE shuttle service from airport. Front desk called me twice upon arrival to make sure I was picked up because my flight arrived at 11pm. Great customer service!

Overall, this was an ok place and served its purpose for a quick rest before a red-eye flight. The staff at check in were lovely, had a nice dinner in the restaurant, ample parking, comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. However... My husband and I were instructed upon checking in that a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast could be found in the lobby, which was a wonderful perk as we were checking out in the early hours of the morning. As we were leaving, we dropped our keys at the front desk and grabbed a sandwich and juice from the kiosk that we were shown and sat down to eat in the lobby.. As my husband collected the sandwich wrappers and empty juice bottles to find a trash receptacle, the woman at the front desk began shouting (not exaggerating here - actually shouting) "DID YOU EAT ONE OF THOSE? THOSE NEED TO BE ORDERED AND PAID FOR! YOU CAN'T JUST TAKE, THEY MUST BE ORDERED!". I interjected that we were shown the snack station by staff at check in and told to help ourselves before leaving. She demanded our room number, checked a list, slammed a drawer, shouted "FINE!" and went back to checking in the bewildered customers who were at the desk. No explanation, no apologies. Just left us to walk out awkwardly and feeling bad about the whole ordeal. I guess public humiliation at 2AM over a sandwich doesn't sit well with me. I'd give it a miss, purely based on the poor treatment we received in the last five minutes of our stay.

very good location
Great location, very close to Henri Coanda Int'l Airport. However, sound proofing is good and there's very little noise from the aircraft Very clean room, comfortable bed and modern bathroom, all for a fair price Good breakfast. Thank you to restaurant staff for having it ready for me to pick up. Shuttle to the airport leaves every hour on the hour A special 'thank you' to the gentleman who drove me to the airport Monday morning...you made my long day start with a smile :-) The not-so-good part: Check-out proved to be somewhat challenging for the front desk clerk as she tried to juggle day closing process and my checking out by letting me know that I had to wait for her to complete this process before I could check out?? Whatever happened to customer service?

Misleading hotel description
The hotel is not 800 meters from airport..as advertised. Very difficult to get to and at 1am taxi driver took us for a ride..literally. no shuttle for airport pick up. Not a convenient airport hotel. The property was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was great. Diana was very helpful.

Good when traveling in/out Bucharest
AC was very weak. Slept with no sheets. I reserved it bc it said it had AC. Breakfast was excellent though! Shuttle service and front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is new and the space is well distributed. The breakfast was great. It’s close to the airport and they provide free shuttle services. Easy to Uber to the shopping centres. Staff is friendly

Great place to stay before flying out of Otopeni Airport. Quiet and clean. Diana in reception is wonderful. She arranged for us to have an early morning to-go breakfast, which was quite hearty. Private shuttle (free through the hotel) showed up right on time and got us where we needed to go. Would recommend!
