The penthouse is located in the Militari district, not far from the Plaza Shopping Mall, the AFI Shopping Mall and in a quiet location on Lake Morii. The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The apartment has a view over Bucharest and lake Morii. The penthouse is luxuriously furnished. High-quality parquet, a modern built-in kitchen with Home Connect devices such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine round off a grey kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped with E-Home, all functions can be controlled via Apple Homepods, such as heating, air conditioning, Apple's sound system brings music to every room with Apple music. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and a modern look. The electronic door lock from Nuki facilitates access via keypad and the elevator gives you direct access to the underground car park. A parking space in the underground car park is available. The apartment is equipped with a single room air conditioner. (in every room)

Apartment was a Highlight of our Bucharest trip.

The apartment has a real WOW factor. It was an elegant sanctuary, refined and serene, Each and every detail curated to a delightful taste. Inviting and bright sunlight bathes the space through east end windows, over looking the lake.. Check in and check out was a breeze with detailed instructions. Cristina was a very gracious host. I did have some questions and she was very prompt to respond and making sure all is right with our stay. Furniture is modern and very comfortable offering great rest and peaceful slumber. Our stay there was a pure delight and memorable. Very highly recommend this apartment.
