The studio is very close to the Piața Sudului subway and the Sun Plaza Shopping Center, but also to the Bagdasar Arseni and Alexandru Obregia Hospitals. About 3-4 minutes walk. From here you can also easily reach the rest of the city, without needing a car.
This studio consists of a hall, bedroom, kitchen, work/dining area and bathroom. There are no shared spaces with other people, the property is fully occupied, only by you.

The room has a warm decoration and is equipped with a queen size bed that has a comfortable mattress for a restful sleep, a sofa bed big enough for 2 people, air conditioning, wardrobes with hangers for storing clothes and personal places, WiFi and a 4k TV with a generous diagonal of 130cm with Netflix.
