"I think the property is newer compared to others in the area particularly those near tourist area, i.e. Calle Crisologo. Bathroom is not that clean - mirror is very old and has black marks, ceiling has some molds, and glass window is dirty and without curtain. A proper cleaning and updated mirror would have made the room looks much better. Beds are old and you can feel the spring. And forget about the pillows and blanket - better to bring your own. Got the room for just under PHP 6K - 3...

Must pay extra php1600 per night for a room with cr/wc. Had to use a common cr/wc that is not of Western standard."

"very limited choices for breakfast, the “double” bed could not comfortably fit 2 people. ( Booked standard double bed) Also in our 3 days of stay, nobody went to clean/fix the room. All of the staff are helpful, courteous and always willing to help. Perhaps just place clean rugs in the bathroom and replenish guest amenities daily."
