Can’t beat the location — central to everything! but rooms completely quiet, no intrusion of the constant din of Times Square.
couple quibbles: plugs only on bedside table side. and TV channels very limited (not even FS1??!) w/ no app install available

I tried to get a drink with my wife at the rooftop bar one night. They were serving drinks only at the bar (no service to the table) and I waited for 40 minutes in line. Nobody cared, so I left with my wife all dressed up to another venue. I even told my story to the male host, who said, the line in the bar is the only option... I´m not picky, but this was terrible service.
