Stylish 2 bedroom with King beds in both bedrooms. This place is newly renovated in 2020 with new appliances, and quartz counters. The step-in shower is a real highlight. Located within an easy 8 minute walk to campus, even shorter to Northgate. You can see Kyle Field from the road out front and Downtown Bryan (4 mi) and Santa's Wonderland (12 mi) are just a short trip. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies.

Woodstock has a funky vibe with its 70’s flare, but also an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean and just as advertised. I would definitely recommend a stay with these folks.
