About this property

Reveille Roundabout: An Aggie Gathering Place 5 min from Kyle Field Sleeps 27

  • The Reveille Roundabout: An Aggie Gathering Place ... where history, tradition, & game-day fun come full circle!
This 7-bedroom/7.5 bathroom, 4,340 SF historic mansion was built in 1941 and is located just 5 minutes from Kyle Field and 5 minutes from Legends Event Center. Seven uniquely Aggie-themed bedrooms, a coffee-shop style gathering space, and a teen-awesome media room with a 100" smart TV make it ideal for game weekends, wedding parties, sports teams, & family gatherings.

*This property served as a short-term rental for four years before a change of ownership and aesthetic remodel in Fall 2026. It changed hands from a superhost to another superhost, but has launched as a new property in September.*

Each of the 7 bedrooms has its own distinctive Aggie-inspired identity:
    • The Reveille Room: King + 2 Twins
    • Commandant’s Quarters: 2 Queens
    • Fish Friddle’s Room: 2 Queens
    • Vanity Fair: King + 2 Twins
    • Midnight Yell Bunkhouse: 2 Doubles/Bunk Bed
    • The Dorm Room: 4 Twins/Bunk Beds
    • Fish Camp Cabin: 1 Queen + Pull-Out Twin

The coffee shop-and-pub-inspired living and dining area is designed for moving about between groups of people, with comfortable conversation spaces and two TVs so everyone can enjoy game day.
The kitchen has a huge island and a comfy coffee nook and opens to a large brick patio with 3 outdoor dining tables and gas grille.
For an even bigger TV viewing experience, head to the maroon drenched media room in the back of the house which features a spectacular 100-inch smart TV—perfect for watching the Aggies or settling in for an unforgettable family movie night.

Amazingly, this home provides 15 private parking spaces! A unique feature for a home that sleeps this many guests. It also offers a wheelchair ramp into the home and a wheelchair friendly bedroom and bathroom.

Right off the roundabout in front of this home, College Main runs straight out the front of this house and is well lit with delightful lamp posts in the evenings all the way to Northgate.

Built in 1941, this spacious home is steeped in local and Texas A&M history. Early property records connect the home to James W. and Lillian Potts, an Aggie family whose legacy included a fellowship for nine months of study with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and a graduate degree in Agricultural Economics. In the decades that followed, the property served as the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity house before becoming The Reveille Inn, a beloved Aggieland bed-and-breakfast that welcomed guests from approximately 1997 to 2011.
Today, The Reveille Roundabout gives this historic home a new chapter while celebrating the people, places, and traditions that make Aggieland special.
