Great location. Clean and well maintained. Good beds. Very comfortable space within walking distance of Northgate and Northside dorms. Easy in and out near Wellborn road. Would stay again at any of Randal Lunsford’s properties. Thank you!

Great space walking distance from TAMU

Stayed here while spending a week as a TAMU guest faculty. Easy walk to campus and nearby shops/restaurants. Plenty safe for walking in the evening. The apartment was accurately represented in the listing. Plenty of towels, kitchen items, and generous supplies of coffee, soaps for the DW and laundry machine. I'd rent again!

Great stay

This is our second time getting a rental with Randal and Kelly. Units are always clean and have everything we need for a great time in Aggieland. This time we had trouble with our AC and Marcus was quick to reply and take great care of us! We will definitely stay with them again when we come back. Love that we can easily walk to campus/Kyle Field. Neighborhood is fine and it’s a quiet area. Highly recommend!

Cozy, Comfy, Close to ATM

One word to sum up our visit, Wow! My family and I were displaced due to the hurricane that came through Houston. I had looked everywhere for a hotel when someone told me to try VRBO. I am so glad that they suggested it because I found this gem. The instructions before we got to the rental were very detailed and made us feel welcomed. The house was immaculate! Pet and kid friendly. All the appliances appeared to be updated and were very user friendly. Randal and Kelly made this experience so carefree and welcoming. The neighborhood folks were a bit loud at night but hey, it was a Friday and they deserve their downtime too. We will 100% be visiting this property and any other property managed by Randal and Kelly!

The unit was in an older building that has been redone. The beds were super comfortable and it’s within walking distance to Northgate. The neighborhood is older and I would not have been comfortable staying here without my husband.
