- Escape to this unoccupied Farmhouse in rural Bryan, TX. This 3 bed, 3 bath vacation rental is just a 20 minute drive to Bryan and offers all the necessary amenities; clean linens, WiFi, smart TVs, basic cookware, washer/dryer, etc. In addition, this property offers a fun and relaxing patio that includes an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The unique property also features a 3-horse stall barn and small pasture turnouts. For guests planning on using the horse stalls there will be an additional charge of $45/night/horse. Please leave a comment when booking your stay to let us know if you plan on using the horse stalls; health certificates and negative Coggins test required.
