cheap but not very comfortable
I stayed at the L3 room. The room was spacious and generally clean, but I want to note two points. First, the shower room was quite tiny and you cannot stand up while you are taking a shower. This was so uncomfortable. Second, the electric kettle was very dirty and you cannot boil water for coffee or tea. Everything else is OK.

This property was not quite what I was expecting, but it was very nice. I didn't see or hear anything about laundry when I arrived, which would have been nice. When you arrive, you are given a code to enter the main door and the door to your apartment. I contacted the property for the entrance info several times in advance of my arrival because I was traveling internationally with extremely limited internet access before I arrived (I almost did not have the information to enter the building/room which was unnecessarily stressful and annoying and could have been solved if the property just answered my question when I asked). The bathtub has a shower head but has a slanted ceiling above- so it is hard to use it as anything other than a regular bath. You get a full apartment (small kitchen, one bedroom, living room, and bathroom), which is nice. There are a lot of stairs to climb to your room- great cardio workout! The place could have used more pillows, but there was a down blanket I used as an extra pillow. All in all, I would stay again now knowing what I know.

L3-Very Clean, mostly quiet, family neighborhood
I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay and amenities in the room. A few notes for travelers to consider when booking. These points have no reflection on the ratio of the apartment. The apartment was great and the company to run it very nice to deal with. 1. Brussels was hot and humid in June. It was like New England on a humid, summer day. I stayed in L3, which is really the 4 th floor in the US. There were windows to open to remove heat but it was still hot and clammy. 2. The stairs- After a day of sight seeing, it is a long tiring walk up the stairs. Be warned. 3. I had a car for a couple of days. I did not have trouble finding parking RIGHT in front of the apartment. HOWEVER, the parking rules in Belgium are unusual. You will need to buy a blue clock from a grocery store for 6-7 euros. you set the clock on your dashboard as to what time you arrived. I just kept going downstairs and changing the time. Unsure if this is appropriate but it is what I did. I did not get a tickets. 4. I received fresh towels everyday while I was away and my dishes were washed. This was more than I expected for this the of situation. 5. There is a nice neighborhood park where families gathered in the evening to play games.

Apartment was very big, clean and comfortable. The location was not great as it was over a 30 minute walk into the market square or a $20 taxi ride each way. Overall a good stay though.

Close to EU area, large, clean apartment
A cool apartment near the EU area. Close to a park and restaurants. Cost around 35 euro by cab to get here from the airport. The ceilings are very high, the apartment was quite large and very clean. There was no pots for cooking for some reason and no dish towels, otherwise we had everything we needed.

The room - a small flat - was spacious and well equipped. No personnel present, but instructions received by email worked fine. Downside was late check-in not before 4 pm and early check-out at 10 am. Not nice on Sunday morning. Shower in L3 uncomfortable.

A Gem in Brussels
What a find! This place is a HUGE luxury apartment, with beautiful furniture. It is sleek and modern and so comfortable. We only stayed a night but I wish every hotel in Europe was like this one. It is an apartment, not a hotel, so there is no check-in desk. I received lock codes via email which h was great for our late arrival. Amazing, and affordable. Good bathroom, good kitchenette, I would live here if I could.

Excellent apartment
Stayed at urban suites with my partner and 7month old baby. We had a very pleasant stay. Kitchen was equipped with modern appliances making it very easy to prepare meals which was needed as travelling with a baby. Excellent travel cot provided.

På papiret et godt sted, men ingen nævner det er på 3.sal ad en smal trappe, en taglejlighed som var ekstrem varm, med en elendig madras. Hertil et flot men forkert indrettet badeværelse hvor en større person næsten ikke kan bruge badekarret.

J'ai beaucoup fréquenté cet établissement et ses beaux appartements. Mais le service ne suit plus et devient totalement absent. En cas de problème, personne ne répond. Le système de chauffage très bruyant du L2, en hiver, empêche de dormir. On s'en plaint par mail mais aucune réponse (ils ne répondent même pas au service clients Hotels.com). Il n'y a plus de bonde pour la baignoire du L0. Celle de l'évier se trouve dans le placard mais n'est pas à la bonne taille. pour la baignoire. Indiquer une baignoire dans le descriptif de la chambre, mais rendre celle-ci inutilisable, c'est de la tromperie.

L'appartamento L1 si trova in un edificio ottocentesco al primo piano (scale un po' strette), è stato comunque ristrutturato. Per la sua posizione c'è da fare un po' di strada per raggiungere la metropolitana (il bus è invece vicinissimo) o far la spesa, il che può essere fastidioso in caso di maltempo. In compenso il quartiere è tranquillissimo e molto gradevole. Come dotazioni, oltre la lavastoviglie, manca purtroppo il phon, mentre è da rilevare che viene effettuata la pulizia giornaliera.

pas grand chose a dire. Le service est réduit au plus simple. La façon de pratiquer est facile et évite les tracas des heures. Le quartier est calme et le parking raisonnablement facile. l'appartement spacieux. Le bémol : l insonorisation. La personne très peu éduquée devrai enlever s talons lorsque a deux heures du matin, elle fait les 100 pas. idem dans les escaliers.

Soluzione ottima per famiglie con bambini
Bellissimo appartamento nel cuore del quartiere europeo nei pressi del Palazzo della Commissione europea Berlaymont. L’appartamento è costituito da tre ampie stanze: una grandissima camera da letto con due letti matrimoniali, un ampio salone con cucina integrata e grande bagno con vasca-doccia (manca il bidè). Cucina con tavolo, forno e piano cottura elettrico (mancanza di lavastoviglie e lavatrice); TV con satellite (si vedono anche i canali RAI e Mediaset); Wifi gratuito; riscaldamento centralizzato. Cambio asciugamani, ritiro immondizia e consegna carta igienica, cialde caffè e bustine te ogni due giorni. Presenza di macchina per il caffè e bollitore da te. L’appartemento arredato in stile moderno si trova al primo piano di un immobile tipico belga in un quartiere molto tranquillo con farmacia a 100m, Carrefour a 400m, fermata Schuman (metro e autobus per e da Aeroporto Zaventem) a 400m, tantissimi locali per mangiare e birrerie di ogni genere. Con la mia famiglia di 4 persone (due bimbi) mi sono trovato benissimo. Cercherò in futuro altre soluzioni Urban Suite per altri viaggi in Capitali Europee ed Internazionali per ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo. Ottimo.
