Perfect Hotel
We were there for 4 nights. The hotel although run by a relatively young team compare with others, they were professional and efficient. Everything is perfect from the moment we arrived late and tired. Fast checked-in, helpful staff to sort out our parking, the room is nice and clean with cleaver layout and design. The hotel is new and clean, restaurant staff is friendly, breakfast is good. There were table pool and soccer dotted around the hotel for entertainment, nice warm shower, comfy bed. The location is also very good. It's not in the center which is nice and quite with restaurant within walking distance and hotel restaurant. The hotel is next to bus stop to old town and a train station if you don't feel like walking. Thanks for the lovely stay.

front desk staff were kind and accomodating and restaurant staff as well, especially Nicholas. howevse, for $900 USD for 3 nights sans breakfast with a fee to borrow an umbrella not enough value for the price. great location and perfect for walking and adjacent to train direct to and from BRU airport.

The facilities are good. They gave a coffeemaker and washrooms are really spacious. The only suggestion I have is for the hotel management to check the consumables during housekeeping like shampoo, shower gel etc

The staff at the Radisson Red was fantastic from the time we arrived till we left. They were all awesome from the front desk to the bartender to the house keeper and the backup staff at night I want to mention in particular Barnabas, Nathan, Christian and Sandra. I will be staying here again because of this great team. They made this a five star experience. Thank you

The location of the hotel was great! Right next to the parliament and 15 mins bus ride away from the city center. Immediately near the hotel there are multiple bars/restaurants. Also the museum of natural science is very close by (5 mins by walk) Regarding the property itself, quite good and modern. Though a few things could have been better. We arrived quite early (at 9:30) and we didnt take into account the checkin time of 15:50 - almost everywhere i went, the hotels always had rooms to spare or accomodate. In our case we had to wait till literally 14:45 for the rooms to be ready. Kind of messed up our plans. The room (i had a junior suite) was quite spacious and modern. The bathroom had a broken wighting machine - had left a note to housekeeping (in english) but was not changed. I dont think the house keeping vacuumed the floor itself during their visits because we could still see some tags/threads. Overall i would say the location of the hotel and the decor was great, services offered could be improved.

The hotel is good, very well situated for meetings in the European institutions. There is not an open restaurant during the day. Only till 11 am and then opens at 4 pm.

We stayed less than 10 hours of a two night booking!!! The shower had mold and hair coming up out of it overflowing the floor. Window shades didn’t work. We got to hotel at 9:30pm they had parking in hotel parking. Went out for a few hours, to come back to no parking in hotel parking spot. At this time is was raining and we already checked into parking and needed to pay because they had no spots. Had to drive 10-15min looking for parking elsewhere. Was told the manager will be in at 7am so we can talk to him or her. So we went down at 7:30am and was told by new friendly staff that the manager was out till Monday. So we checked out , and drove 3 hours back home. Still waiting on a call or email, and a reply and refund…

The hotel location was excellent. Staf at reception was superb. Jorge made sure that all our needs were met. Very friendly and helpfull. The hotel was very modern and unique. We got an upgrade to a Suite, from a Junior suite . The room was beautiful and very comfortable. But the atual room does not have windows. So its a little dark. So if you are not planning to sleep late, make sure you put your alarm. Also the living room does not have an AC vent. So it could be a little warm, if you are planning to use the sofa bed. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great stay definitely will be back
Amazing stay great location and the price was perfect for a weekend getaway. Kitchen was closed and you do have to pay full price for the parking but it is directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful as well
