I used to stay here when I visited Brussels more often and I was pleased that it was still a friendly hotel with good breakfast options and good facilities. The staff are really helpful and the location is great for being in a nice area close to shops, the metro, and Midi station.

Hotel Review – 6-Night Stay The location was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The only issue was with housekeeping, as the bedding was not changed during the 6-night stay. However, the hotel staff apologized and handled the situation kindly. Because of their attitude and great service overall, a return visit is definitely planned.

Great hotel in an excellent neighborhood

Hotel was in a convenient location, clean and comfortable. The room was quiet, area was safe and there were lots of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets walking distance from hotel. There are loads of lovely clothing shops up the road from the hotel.

i’d recommend to my friends

Very clean and friendly. Staff were especially helpful in every way. The room was larger than expected and quiet for the most part all night. The lighting I the room was good. The location is an easy walk to major tourist sites and to a Metro Station. There could be a few more choices of restaurants in the area but enough to provide some options. The hotel breakfast was very good with fruit, salad, eggs and sausage, lots of bread options, yogurts etc. A great value. They have a program for multi-night stays that rewards you with free drinks if you don’t need your room cleaned the next day…. Loved it!

3 star hotel with 5 star service

NH Stephanie is a smaller, and older hotel with wear and tear here and there. However, the vibe is charming and what is pulled down by the facilities is compensated by excellent service. The parking is very limited foe bigger cars, we would suggest you call ahead. 3 star hotel with 5 star personnel at a great location for exploration! We will gladly book again.

Really nice hotel with lovely staff

My mom and I stayed there for one night a few days ago. The man in the reception was really kind when we checked in, which instantly made us feel welcome. The room was really clean and big, the beds were comfy, and the lighting was really warm creating a lovely atmosphere. We’re definitely going back.

Nicely located in the Ixelles area, close to Avenue Louise in an neighbourhood with good shopping options, a lot of restaurants and cafes. Location in a small street is a bit inconvenient as taxis often have to take big detour. Very small reception and small breakfast restaurant. Staff is friendly and service minded. The hotel rooms and common areas, hoowever, are in need of urgent refurbishment. Furniture on the rooms is outdated and
