Really great place, just like the photos. Nice people. Let down a bit by the staircase to the loft. So narrow and steep, a ladder would be much easier.

Cottage stay
La Maison Chantecler is well-maintained, charming, and comfortable. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfasts are bountiful and delicious. Bus stops are close by and the neighborhood is very pleasant.

De kamers waren niet goed schoon en de rest van het huis oogde ook niet fris en schoon.

Beste, Het is jammer dat u van uw verblijf bij ons niet kunnen hebben genieten maar neitheid is zeker niet de reden. We hebben hoge standard wat betreft onze poetsysteem.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Brussels with excellent service and delicious breakfasts. We can highly recommend a stay at Hotel Chantecler!

Voor deze kamer moet er door de hall gelopen worden om aan u badkamer te komen???

Beste, het staat genoteerd op onze website dat Chantecler kamer heeft een aparte badkamer en dat u moet 3 voetstappen in de hall doen. Het huis word gerenoveerd met respect van de origineel architectuur. Dat maakt deel uit onze cachet. De andere kamer hebben wel hun badkamer binnen.

Dear Mister Satoru, We are sorry about this unfortunate situation. Françoise, the owner of the guesthouse and the person who was supposed to welcome you speaks perfectly English. Unfortunately, she had to leave unexpectedly. In order to give you a warm welcome, we called a very reliable person who helps us from time to time at the house. She is also multilingual but English isn't the one she is the more fluent in. She accepted to come at the house last minute. Sorry again. We hope to see you again! Laura

Week-end confort....
Week-end en décalé avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Chambre très confortable. Escalier un peu raide pour les enfants, les deux chambres communicantes sont une bonne idee. Très confortable.
