Negatives : There way no curtain on the roof window so you get sunlight whether you want it not , the one lamp above the bed was missing the glass that diffuses the light so it was a rather harsh bare bulb and there were some burn spots from sigarets on the nightstand. It was impossible to get the shower to get a reasonsble temperature because the pressure of the cold water is much higher than the hot water so goes from too hot to too cold real quick with no way to get a happy medium. Positives : The location is very handy near the station, the sheets etc. were clean and although the room isn't in the best state it does seem hygienic , the bed is comfortable, the tv service also works well and the window to check in being so large is very handy, staff seems nice.

Mold on the wall. You could smell that in the room. Stairs really dirty. Think they need a big renovation.

Unfit for purpose, shocking!

Absolutely appalling. I thought was cheaper because no frills but was just rancid and not fit for purpose. I’ve stayed in 2 star, even hostels and low cost shouldn’t mean this level of bad. The bed springs are busted, dirty and dusty, broken shower, broken doors, windows and door don’t have proper locks, so noisy - could hear snoring from above, receptionist talking loudly at 4am, single leaking iron (no board) for entire hotel, threadbare towel, constant door buzzer through the night, weird sign on door saying “don’t touch the fire detector”, no curtains (some net ones) … I’ve never felt so unsafe and uncomfortable in a “hotel” before. This hotel isn’t an acceptable level. I’ve stayed in low cost hotels, this was low condition and honestly horrendous.

Simply put, do not stay here. When I booked this hotel back in August the reviews were mediocre-positive but I wish I had checked the reviews again before my cancellation period ended and saved myself the bother myself and my partner were put through. After travelling since the day before to get to Brussels, when we finally got to our hotel room desperate to rest, the overwhelming smell of damp greeted us as soon as we unlocked the door. The room was abysmal, to say the least, with damp, dust and dirty marks up every wall and all across the ceiling. The headboard looked like it had cigarette burns in it and the furnishing was just terrible, the bathroom being just as bad. My partner and I both have asthma, so damp is a massive issue for our health, so we requested another room to which we were told they could only offer us a twin room instead. Fine, can we see it first? And that room was not much better, with the added bonus of stained mattresses which I didn't think to look for in the first room. After half an hour of thinking, we chose to cut our losses and book a new (much nicer) hotel and check out, which the woman at reception did apologise for. Since coming back, we requested a refund through Expedia due to health issues (my asthma was terrible for the rest of the trip due to the bad damp) which, after days of chasing the hotel, was denied. I have stayed in some dumps, but this place absolutely took the cake. Do not stay here.

Avevamo prenotato presso un’altra struttura che ci ha contattati pochi giorni prima della partenza, dicendoci che per problemi loro ci avrebbero indirizzato presso una loro struttura associata.. Quest ultima completamente fuori dal centro, squallida, gente con faccia da galera e puzza d erba in continuazione .. dentro e fuori dalla camera . Esperienza da dimenticare.. si tornava in albergo se così si può chiamare solamente per doccia e letto.. sempre che si riesca a dormire tranquilli.. da NON RIFARE

Ayant du anticiper mon voyage j'ai contacte l'hôtel pour savoir si ils avaient une chambre pour 1personne la veille de la réservation prévue EN PLUS j'ai eu leur accord première surprise j'avais règle 56 euros pour la 1ere nuit j'ai du reregleer 140 euros et deuxième choc état de salubrité d'hygiène honteux incroyable on aurait cru qu'un régiment entier y vivait seul. Le lit les draps étaient blanc et semblait propre un tiroir de table de nuit car le responsable cherchait la télécommande de la télé introuvable mais tiroir plus que rempli de déchets les sols les murs c'est honteux

Hôtel à éviter absolument! Il faut faire soi-même son lit, on arrive dans une chambre glacée quand il neige dehors. Pas de nettoyage. Pas d'ascenseur. Seul avantage: très proche de la gare du Nord. Un employé remarquable: Fahrad, qui a fait le maximum pour rendre mon séjour "supportable"... Je ne comprends pas comment un tel hôtel peut faire partie de l'offre de Hotels.com. Il est cher, et il y a des centaines d'hôtels à BXL. Hotels.com devrait faire des recherches et offrir des hébergements plus sympas à BXL.

Für Kurzaufenthalt ok. Personal freundlich . Aber Hotel ist sehr alt und abgewohnt. Für unsportliche Gäste nicht geeignet ich bekam Ein Zimmer im dritten Stock sehr schmale Treppen ohne Lift und sehr kalt.
