I really staying here. Will stay again for sure. It is a no frill hotel, but it was clean and the room was large with all the amenities. Location was super great. Front desk staff were very kind and professional.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were three of us and the hotel had triple bed occupancy which was very convenient. Comfortable beds, neat and tidy room, convenient location not far from train station. And attractions are nearby.

We stayed here for 1 night, the rooms were nice and comfortable. Parking in the hotel garage was €18 and had to book in advance as only a couple of spaces. Overall a good stay

Very friendly staff, the rooms are modern and large. Walking distance to most of the main tourist sights/areas in Brussels. In a nice quiet side street near the main shopping district, great place to stay overall

Well located and maintained

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, it's well maintained and comfortable. The staff is kind and effective. I just don't give 5 starts because I booked a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, and we received 3 single beds. Not something that really bothered us, but we spend a few nights (my wife's birthday) sleeping in separated beds. The room is big, the shower is good (the elevator is very tiny though). Overall is a very good hotel.

Walkable to public transpo, tram is about 5mins. Or a 30 min walk to Grandplace. The hotel does not have other facilities aside from sleeping.Big room with 3 beds for me and my 2 teenagers. It has aircon. A tiny elevator that can fit 3 people only without luggage. Good we were on 1st floor so we can use the stairs. There was some work on the 1st day, a lot of hammering and noise but Reception was able to stop it when we advise them of the noise..I would recommend for a max stay of 3 nights.

Great room for a great price

Truly a great room. We stayed in a Jr Suite. King bed. Kitchen. Living area. Beautiful bathroom. We were very happy. Best room we’ve stayed in - ever! Price was great! Wish we could take this hotel with us from country to country.

Room was nice but we were unable to stay due to the location of our flight and early departure. We gave the room to our son who used it alone. Asked for a refund but Hotels.com refused.

It was a great hotel to stay at. Staff were very nice. We stayed at a double twin room. A big room with a large laptop desk and chair. Also two comfortable chairs and a coffee table. The interior was modern. Great for a business trip too. The location was closer to tram stations and there was a mini carrefour supermarket nearby. The neighborhood was quite but for some reason we heard street noises late night (2 or 3am) from the street.
