Centrally located attractive room at good price

A very nice room conveniently located right off the Ave Louise. Attractively remodeled. Good value for money. Might suggest a mat in the shower as the shower floor can be slippery. Otherwise fine. Nice coffee in the morning. No lift - so for those with mobility problems might be difficult to climb the three flights of stairs if you have a room on the top floor as we did.

Friendly Staff and Nice Clean and Tidy Room

Really friendly staff and helpful. We opted for breakfast which was also great value for the 2 of us. There is a tram stop about 2 minutes walk from the hotel which will take you into the city centre which I would recommend. We walked to Louiza and that was a nice suburb to walk around too.

My room was clean and ready by the time I checked-in. The area is a block away from a grocery store and stops for the tram and busses, which is convenient. The hosts were responsive to all my questions I had during my stay in Brussels.

The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The bathroom is well equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries and a shower with sufficient water pressure. The host was lovely and very considerate - an ironing board and iron were provided on request. The breakfast was more than adequate with fruit, bread, spreads, pastries and more. We had a completely trouble-free stay at the property.

Room was great and clean. Very Quiet area. There’s no A/C but it was cool and they had a fan. Walking distance to to Avenue Louise. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for its overall cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. It’s conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to get around, and there are several grocery stores nearby for essentials. However, I did notice some mold stains in the shower, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the scent of spices from the restaurant next door occasionally drifted into the room at night. Overall, it's a comfortable place with a few minor inconveniences.

Very comfortable stay.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos. We were on the 2nd floor and faced the main road. With the windows closed, there was minimal noise from outside. The hotel itself was very quiet. The location is quite good as it is outside of the main tourist areas but there is a bus only a 5 minute walk away which will take you to Brussels Centraal. We stayed here 2 nights at the start of our holiday and one night at the end.

Convenient with good breakfast

Recommended. Tiny hotel without any front desk. Enter with codes at any time. Rooms are randomly decorated and a bit worn but functional. There is no elevator and only one narrow staircase which was a small challenge with my suitcases when the room is on the 4th floor. The online help was very responsive and helpful. Breakfast in the micro breakfast was plentiful and the nice Nepalese lady asks you what you want. You can store your own luggage and retrieve it with a code later.
