Comfortable studio near Mérode & Montgomery

This comfortable and convenient studio flat (40m²) is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a superb Belle Epoque town house in the much sought-after Montgomery neighbourhood, 2 metro stops away from Schuman station.

There are two parking spots for guests in front of the residence. You can park there for free (availability is not guaranteed though).

Eco-responsibility: We uses 100% renewable electricity and I plant trees to offset CO2 from gas heating. We use eco-friendly cleaning products.

The apartment is rented fully-furnished and ready to live with :

- Free unlimited high-speed Internet connection (Wi-Fi)
- Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video (subscription included), YouTube, etc. (please note that there are no traditional TV channels, except those available through their apps)
- Bedlinen and towels included
- Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and cooking utensils
- Body soap, shampoo and toilet paper are all included. There is also a hair-dryer.

Guests can use the washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner in the common area for free.

Note that there is no lift/elevator in the building.
