Great place to stay with a family. We travelled with our teenage son and there was enough space for everyone. Nice kitchen area and small table also very helpful. The staff were very very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Good location for seeing most of the city.

We stayed in this hotel whole week and were more than pleased with everything. Location is perfect, close to whatever you want to see and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It has kitchen and grocery store across the street. We were so happy with our stay in this apart hotel that we are looking for the same chain of hotels around the Europe. We highly recommend it anyone who wants convenient stay in Brussels.

This hotel was in a great location - tons of interesting restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean. The tub was oddly very high - as a 5 foot tall woman, I had a hard time getting in and out to shower - I would guess any elderly family members would not be able to get in without help.

Property was good, however room was on second floor and by the sitting area, which kids were screaming at 11:30 pm as well as could hear construction noise in below shops. Place was clean and new amenities. Great, central location, however the 4 and 10 metro lines are out of service till April 2027 so plan accordingly.

Great location on the shopping promenade. Excellent staff - friendly - helpful - courteous. Clean rooms and lots of storage. I would suggest asking for rooms on the back of the hotel to minimize noise from the streets and shops.

Great stay overall. The apartment-style room was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything, with a metro station right next to the building offering easy access to Brussels Midi and Central, which is ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. Additional amenities like breakfast, laundry machines, and a gym were a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend for the great location, staff, and facilities.

Breakfast was good and continually restocked. Lovely fresh pastries and bread. Reception staff helpful. Quite large room overlooking the street but it was not noisy. The hotel is in a good location and next to a metro station. Tram 10 from midi (Eurostar) station 4 stops.
