You have found one of the best vacation rental condos on St. Simons Island. This condo is a comfortable and welcoming 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in South Island gated complex and is just 2 miles from the beach and Pier area. Perfect for as little as 1 guest or as many as 6. This condo is kept very clean and fresh. Along with king in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a queen full memory foam mattress. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Pool, fitness room, fast Wifi, free gated parking, laundry in house. Lots of natural light! This condo is up 1 flight of stairs.

Weekend away with my cat :-)

Usually "pet friendly" is code for *dog* friendly, but luckily this property's pet policy also extends to cats. This was the purrfect place for me and my little tuxedo girl, Clara, to take a few days off. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Clara did a twice-over when we checked in and then settled in for the weekend. She loved it there (as did I). The condo is centrally located and just a short drive from all of the amenities of St. Simon's and the Golden Isles. We're both a little bummed to be home, but we would most certainly come back!

Perfect Getaway!

My husband, 2 year old son, sister and her fiance (plus their dog) stayed here for our vacation to St. Simons Island. This condo is a perfect getaway that has everything you need for a home away from home. Our communication with Cindy was always prompt and she was very accommodating. We came into a very clean condo with everything we needed (cooking, linens, cleaning). We used the gym and the pool our condo was associated with and both amenities were clean and ready for use. All of the instructions were clear for any access codes and normal maintenance for the condo. The condo was close to everything we wanted to explore like museums, beaches and walking trails. We all had a lot of fun and we will be keeping this condo in mind if we're going back to this area again. If you're looking for a place to maintain your routine, and have a place to relax for vacation, book this condo!
