"Everyone was helpful, great location. Breakfast was actually good, room was not fancy but was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the air fresher because it made my nose itch and my eyes water."

"Room specific. The bathroom door scraped against the ground. Breakfast was good. Need better instructions to get to WiFi. Had to ask the front desk about the code."

"The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable the room itself was nice. The only problem that I had with the room is that it didn't have any conditioner shampoo in the containers. And the bathroom was extremely Dusty with strands of hair from other travelers on the floor as if they didn't thoroughly clean the bathroom. Also the bathroom rug towel had holes in it it was torn and ripped it's on the corners all the other towels were perfectly fine the rest in the room was perfectly fine.. the pool was extremely cold to be indoors. The male staff member that was there that evening you got an attitude with me because I asked for towels when we got out of the pool. The female staff member that checked us in was absolutely amazing she was really sweet. Help me get the directions I needed. Her personality was extremely bubbly. She was very attentive. She made my overall experience extremely pleasant. The woman that checked us out never got out of her chair she just sat there said ok put the keys on the table.then got back on her cell phone. It wasn't the best nor was it the worst. "

"Sheets were dirty. Had to change my own sheets. Breakfast was "ok". Staff were fine. Elevator was the worst I have ever been on. Felt like it was gonna fall every time we got on it. Other guests were scared to ride it also. "
