Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Spring Break groups and events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted. No Smoking Dogs are allowed with a $150 pet fee per dog (2 dogs maximum). The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $65/night upon request. This house was perfect for our family's annual beach vacation. The home had excellent privacy; a large, beautiful pool including floats and plenty of beach towels; spacious rooms including closets; a large, open kitchen; a nice laundry room with a sink and baskets..loved it!

Grandparents, kids, grandkids, and two dogs were very pleased with the home and pool. Everything we needed was available. The grandkids said this was the best house!
Nice home for a Family Gathering. For us we had 7 adults and one 3yr old. The bedrooms are a little small but accommodated us. The Kitchen and Family Room are adjoining and large enough to comfortably gather if the weather doesn't cooperate. Otherwise the outside seating and pool are where time will be spent. Recommend this residence.
The beautiful landscape and dog-friendly environment made our stay enjoyable. The house was very well-equipped and very clean, and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions and dining options. Excellent communication with the management company is always a plus. We will definitely return to this gem.
Our family vacation for the week was so fun and relaxing! The pool was a big hit for the whole family! We rented a golf cart so it was easy to get around town. Great layout of the house. We all loved that each bedroom had a door to the pool area!
This house was breathtaking. From the moment you walk through the gate I felt like we were in our own oasis. Just a bike ride from the pier and shops and the closest grocery store. This house had everything you need to make a dinner at home and enough room for all of us to spread out and not feel crowded.Cannot wait to come back!
This is the second time we have rented this home in St.Simons and it didn’t disappoint. The house is a perfect layout for 2 families and the pool/courtyard is the best place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Location is convenient to the village, beach, tennis courts and everything the island has to offer. We will definitely book this house again!
The whole family had a great time. The rooms were clean and large enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. The airport is quite close and was busy during the day, but the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings.
The only complaint we had was that the outdoor furniture was covered in dog hair, which messed with my allergies.
This is a beautiful home, well designed around casual living. The home is close to the small, quaint shopping area. It is a walkable distance but in the warmer weather, we drove. The pool area was large with lots of seating both in and out of the sun. The photos depict the property accurately.
What a great home! There was nothing that was missed. Check in was a breeze, the house itself was immaculate. The kitchen is fully functional and I am always appreciative of a gas range! The bedding and towels were great (and I travel with my own, just in case ; ) ) - not needed at all. We would absolutely stay again and I already shared the rental info with two other friends!
Casa De Playa is a beautiful home with everything you need and more! Lots of space, updated interior and exterior and the pool and landscaping are gorgeous. Lilmar Properties is responsive and easy to communicate with plus made sure we had all the information and knew the expectations for check-in and check-out. My family and I came up for a long weekend. This is a truly gorgeous home with spectacular yard. The managerial service is one of the best and most responsibe ive worked with. We will absolutely come back!
There were 8 of us (two boys 11 and 13yrs, the rest adults). Great location, easy to get everywhere on foot, bike, golf cart or car. Pool was wonderful as well as the outdoor patio area, very relaxing. The house was ideal. Frist it was very well maintained, the layout was excellent, 3 bedrooms/2 full baths on one side and one bedroom and bath on the other. In the center was a very big and open kitchen, dining area and living room that handled all of us very well. We felt it a great value for the price and will certain return in the future.
Beautifully laid out home and landscaping. Freshly painted and tastefully decorated in calming tones. Very comfortable beds with upscale linens! Heated pool was just perfect for late March. The kitchen was well equipped and opened into the living area. Highly recommend this house and hope to return soon.
This lovely and well-appointed home was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and more)! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There wasn't a thing missing! It is a great location to easily get to downtown St Simons/the beach and to head the other direction for grocery/shopping/Sea Island. While it was a little chilly to utilize the outside, the pool/chairs/fireplace/sitting area/side yard are amazing and would be fantastic for the summer.
This was our first time staying at King's Terrace. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. We loved the one-level design and the comfortable, convenient indoor/outdoor living space. The kitchen/den were spacious but cozy. Our favorite areas and restaurants on the island were within walking distance or a quick 2 - 3 minute drive. We will definitely continue to stay at King's Terrace.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and well equipped for our stay, The location was perfect, as a short drive away from the Pier. We brought our two Doodles with us, and the homeowner had dog bowls and towels for the pups. The yard was beautiful. We opted to have the pool heated and it was wonderful. This home was a perfect home away from home! We hope to visit you again next year!
This is an incredibly beautiful property, well planned and beautifully appointed and yet very family friendly. We loved everything about the house, but most especially thought that the yard was incredible. We love the pool we loved the fireplace in the evening. We weren’t able to get the lights to work on the pool or on the left side of the front porch as you face the house, but those were minor inconveniences. We would love to stay there again at some point in the future.
