- Charming & Renovated Vacation Home w/ Private Pool & Slide Near FLETC. This beautifully renovated home offers the ideal blend of comfort & convenience. Whatever brings you here, this home is perfect. Have fun in your yard w/ a pool & slide. Enjoy meals, snacks, cocktails in the screened outdoor dining area bug free. Renovated w/ a fresh design, the home offers plenty of space to relax, unwind, & make memories. Only a short 30min drive to the beaches of the St Simons. Just 3min from I95 & close to FLETC.
The property owner has a small private office at the end of the house that is only accessible from a completely separate entrance. He may stop by the office for a few minutes a day and is very respectful of guests' privacy. There is a resident in the small detached cottage at the back of the property. That resident is very private and will not bother guests at all.
Looking for a place to have a large gathering or late night parties? THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! We have a strict no party policy and we enforce quiet hours.
