They couldn't program the key to work all day so we have to keep going to the desk for help. "

"Room was dirty, comforter was dirty, stained and had multiple long hairs on it. When I addressed the issue with the front desk, she didn’t even apologize. She just gave me a new room key and said, “Try this one,” as if she wasn’t surprised. "
