"Hotel was dated. But very clean. It has a central air unit and not individual air-conditioning units. So it was a little warm. Otherwise good."
Hygge Lodge is a gorgeous lakefront gathering place for year round family fun.

"Amazing property that was well appointed. We had 12 adults and 2 kids and PLENTY of space. We spent most of our time enjoying the patio/outdoor space, gathering around the large table for meals, and the sitting area with the lake views. We had absolutely zero complaints. Highly recommend!"

"Great for a just passing thru. Overall it’s a great place for the money. Also great if traveling with a boat or such. People are friendly, beds are comfy. No problem getting an extra pillow. Just needs updating and maintenance especially on the air conditioning units. Very musty moldy smelling. The only HUGE turnoff is the plexiglass at the front desk. Only sketchy motels use this…please take it down so guests feel welcome."

"Sue left me a voicemail saying the interior light in my car was left on. That’s a great host!! The place was perfect; exactly what we wanted. Great spaces to hang out both inside and out. Plenty of space for the four of us. Such beautiful sunsets and views of the water in general. Chippewa Falls was only 20 minutes away and lots of fun to explore! We would love to come back."

"Very clean, quiet property with all amenities needed. Relaxing setting in a somewhat secluded area with a lot of different wildlife. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area."

"Hot tub was great, beautiful big deck, host was quick to respond when questions arose. Great location! Parking was tight, says 2 car garage but you would have to have an awfully small car to get in it. All and all we enjoyed our stay very much!!"
