"Very well maintained, renovated 19th century building. Close to all attractions, while still easily accessible by car, very close to the pedestrian zone of the old town. Parking is not free, but reasonable (15 Eur/day in the hotels garage). There is no elevator, so you will need to climb some stairs (on the plus side they are all marble stairs). The room was a good size (for 3 adults), tha bathroom is smaller but very clean and nice. It was quiet and air conditioning was working well. We had a good sleep, the blinds can be shut completely, good if you like to sleep longer. The two large mirrors made the room to feel even bigger. Overall, it is a better 3-star hotel. Only drawback for some may be the lack of elevator."

"What can we say??? Grazie Grazie Grazie! What an amazing week! Camilla went over the top in communication and even helped us arrange a special birthday dinner for my husband with a local cook at the villa ! The pool was fabulous and the air conditioning much appreciated in both bedrooms. Kitchen was perfect. We sat outside on the beautiful patio every night and played games and drank Italian wine. The view is to die for! It was so hard to leave. The book Camilla left in the villa had great ideas for our visit and we went to a couple. Wish we could have stayed a month! "

While we did encounter a small issue during our stay, it was addressed promptly and resolved to our complete satisfaction, which we greatly appreciated. The overall experience far outweighed this minor hiccup. The historical significance of the location adds a special depth to the visit—walking through centuries-old cloisters and gardens while enjoying the beauty of Tuscany is something we won’t forget.
