The apartment is located on the edge of a garden, has been recently renovated and consists of a kitchen with dishwasher oven fridge and all the equipment to make good recipes. Then there is a very bright living room with television and two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds that can be joined. The bathroom has a shower.
In the garden you can have a chance to read a book on lounge chairs,

Very charming place to stay

We enjoyed the place a lot for our summer vacation. It is a good starting point to discover the Como Region. And the garden is a place to recharge in the evening or even spend days to relax. The hosts are very kind and give hints if you like.

Nice village near Como, great appartment

There are two bedrooms and one sleepsofa in the living room. No great chairs to sit in but the chairs in the kitchen are fine. Very clean appartment and nice host. Parking for free near the appartement but limited parking space. Higher up there is more parking space

Perfect accommodation in a beautiful setting

We arrived to our friendly host welcoming us at the gate, having reserved us a parking space so that we would not have far to go to unload the car. There was a welcome pack of water, milk, eggs, French toast and a wealth of cooking ingredients to tide us over, as we arrived on Saturday evening. We were given answers to all of our questions, where to shop, what to visit. We were given a tour of the gardens. The apartment was not only well equipped for all of our needs, but in immaculate condition. As well as always being able to ask further questions, we were treated to a super cooking demonstration and meal during our stay. Without a doubt the best self-catering accommodation we have ever experienced. Thank you so much! Once the fibre broadband is live, there will be nothing missing…..

House with a beautiful garden.

It was a nice house with two comfortable bedrooms. The huge garden with old trees with shadow and sun is beautiful. It is on walking distance of the furniculare to Como. For the whole week, we haven’t used our cars. Loredana was very friendly and communicative. She gave good information. The living room is not well equipped for 4 adults but we stayed in the garden all the time. We have enjoyed our stay in Brunate very much.

Hidden Gem with best host and garden there is

We had a great stay at Loredana and Emilio’s beautiful property. It’s just above Como but Brunate was (in our eyes) a better decision because it’s a beautiful village up in the mountains and very peaceful and quite with a cutes grocery stores. However, it has great access to Como via the funicolare, even without a car. Loredana is a great host! She had the most helpful tips what to do around lake Como and gave us a great tour around the house and the backyard. Speaking of: it’s already beautiful in the pictures but nothing compared to what you actually get when you are there. It’s a huge garden, so neat and sooo well taken care of. Our absolute highlight, tbh. There are several places to sit, eat and relax. You’ll share the area with another unit that lives above this place but it is so huge that we didn’t really see the other guests at all. Now to the apartment, which is very beautiful and super well equipped as well. It has everything you need, even more actually 😍 we can highly recommend this and hope to be back ♥️

Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Bleiben. Der Terrassengarten wird liebevoll gepflegt und läd zum Verweilen ein. Im Garten gibt es an mehreren Stellen schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeberin hat uns hervorragend betreut und uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Die Aussicht von Brunate auf den Comer See ist einzigartig. Der steile Anfahrtsweg lohnt sich! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und haben die besondere Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Bergdorf direkt über Como. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Straße nach Brunate ist eng und kurvig. In Como und Umgebung ist sehr viel los. Karten für die Schiffahrt kaufen, kann eine Herausforderung sein. Für die Standseilbahn sollte man eine Wochenkarte kaufen,, um nicht ständig in Schlangen zu stehen

Fantastisch! Het huis ligt prachtig. De gastvrouw is super aardig. Alles, maar dan ook alles is aanwezig in het huis. De wifi laat alleen iets te wensen over, maar dat is werkelijk het enige minpuntje. Ik kom hier heel graag terug.

Perfect verblijf

Zauberhafte Ferien in Brunate

alles naar wens: fantastisch

Ons verblijf was volledig naar wens. We konden heerlijk ontspannen in de prachtige tuin en na een korte wandeling naar boven konden we ieder kwartier de Funicolare (treintje) naar beneden (Como) nemen en weer terug. Een aantal malen heeft de gastvrouw ons meegenomen naar Como in de auto. Haar belangstelling en zorg voor ons en onze vakantie was reusachtig. Wij hebben een fijne 14 dagen gehad!

Heerlijke 3 dagen in Brunate en omgeving.

Het was een prachtige locatie met mooi uitzicht op Como in het stadje. Waar andere toeristen speciaal voor naar boven kwamen was bij ons op de hoek. Met de funiculare ben je in 7 minuten in Como. Perfect! Iets verderop kan je het water in. Met de auto of ferry zijn er tal van mooie plekken te bezoeken. Aanrader! Ook de ontvangst door Viola en familie was top! Ontzettend gastvrij. Huisje had alles wat nodig was! Rook er heerlijk naar fris gewassen beddengoed.

Erholsame Tage, toller Ausblick, schöne Wanderungen

Alles prima geklappt! Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit tollem Garten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Woche lang haben wir unser Auto nicht bewegt und entweder gewandert oder mit der Funiculare nach Como gefahren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Erholsamer Kurzaufenthalt

Wir haben vier Tage in Brunate verbracht und waren von Haus, Garten und Umgebung sehr angetan. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und Loredana gab uns jede Menge Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und weit weg vom Trubel in Como entfernt. Insbesondere die vielen wunderbaren Sitzecken im Garten laden zum Verweilen und Erholen ein. Mit der Seilbahn ist man dann auch schnell in Como und kann von dort aus weitere Ausflüge mit der Bahn, zum Beispiel nach Mailand machen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei Loredana und Viola für Ihre Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft.

Très agréable séjour

Propriétaires aux petits soins avec nous . Toujours là pour donner des renseignements sur la région, conseiller les chouettes endroits à visiter et pour aider lorsque que cela était nécessaire. Chouette apéro partagé avec les proprios, plein d'humour. Nous garderons un très chouette souvenir de ce séjour. Un seul point, c'était trop court 😉.

Paradies - hoch über dem Comer See

In Brunate zu wohnen, war ein Erlebnis: Wir wurden liebevoll von den sehr gastfreundlichen Eltern der Vermieterin empfangen und fühlten uns in der ebenerdigen, sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung (gegenüber dem Haus der Vermieter) sehr wohl. Der Blick in den gepflegten Garten war eine Erholung. Von Brunate aus kommt man mit der Bergbahn schnell nach Como, das eine wunderschöne Altstadt hat. Die Vermieterin fuhr meine gehbehinderte Mutter sogar zur Bergstation, um den Fußweg von 7 Minuten zu ersparen, und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps. Auch wenn wir viel Regen hatten, behalten wir Como und unseren Aufenthalt in Brunate in allerbester Erinnerung!

sehr schöne Wohnung mit Garten und Ausblick

es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Ausstattungen und einem großen Garten, den man komplett benutzen darf. Des Weiteren hat man vom Garten aus einen schönen weiten Ausblick. Den Weg bis zur "Funiculare" von Brunate nach Como kann man in ca. 10 Minuten gehen. In der Nähe sind weiterhin Lebensmittelläden sowie eine Metzgerei und einige Restaurants. Wir haben uns die 11 Tage, die wir hier verbrachten, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Nochmals vielen Dank hierfür von Karin und Georg
