Absolutely amazing property. 10/10 recommendations from me. Worth the stay.

perfect location and city. Only comment is the supervisor, a short gentleman, is very aggressive and rude. Shoutout to Barbara, Rene and Jose.

Unfortunately the name of the property was not Yoo by Wynwood. It is P. H. Yoo Panama & Arts Tower. This detail that was incorrect cost us time, money and stress at the beginning of our trip. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone at the property or at expedia and we ended up having to cross reference google photos to figure out the correct name and address of the location. This took us about an hour to do in a Country that we had never been to. We are very displeased with Expedia about this. We still have not been contacted by anyone.

Property and amenities were outdated with little effort to overcome those deficiencies through outstanding customer service. Options outside of costly renovations can and should be a part of the brand marketing and customer experience.

All went well, except checkout. Only one receptionist for a huge waiting line for both check-in and checkout
