Maßlos enttäuschend - Am Anreisetag ohne Angabe von Gründen storniert
Wir mussten binnen weniger Stunden eine neue Unterkunft finden, da uns der Vermieter ganz kurzfristig storniert hat. Zum Glück hat fewo-direkt uns sofort die Reisekosten erstattet. Trotzdem: das war sehr unangenehm und stressig für uns.
