Wir haben für 6 Personen gebucht und zunächst nur 2 Zimmerschlüssel bekommen, da in den zwei Zimmern ja ausreichend Betten für 6 Leute zur Verfügung stünden. Nach einem zusätzlichen Aufpreis haben wir auch die anderen Schlüssel bekommen, sodass wir alle Zimmer benutzen konnten, so wie es auch von uns vorgesehen war. Viele Steckdosen waren aus der Verankerung gerissen Der Fußboden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt. Der Herd war sehr schmutzig Ekelig. Die Betten unten waren in Ordnung, Oben war es sehr eng haben wir nicht benutzt. Ein zweites mal würden wir die Unterkunft nicht mieten."

Frau Laves hat uns bei der Anreise freundlich in Empfang genommen, alles erklärt und am nächsten Tag unaufdringlich nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist oder wir etwas vermissen. Es war alles vorhanden, das Ferienhaus war super sauber und entsprach genau den Fotos. Leider konnten wir den schönen Außenbereich wegen des vielen Regens nur wenig nutzen. "Wir waren mit zwei Familien angereist. Die Unterkunft ist so weitläufig, dass auch zu Acht nie ein Gefühl der Enge entstand. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich und gut durchdacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat keine Kosten für schnelles Internet oder Einrichtungsgegenständen gescheut. "Solid 4 (very good). This hotel was new and 30-minutes by public transport out of the centre of Hanover. The tram/metro train is close by and runs every 10/15 minutes. The rooms are a good size with large comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice and gluten free options. The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room make this a good choice for a relaxing break. We went into Hanover for dinner each day the choice local to the hotel is limited. "
