I had a very good stay at Hotel Jura. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast; very good location; the room was quite simple, but very clean - excellent water pressure in the shower - very strong!

Very nice small hotel about 12 minutes away from Biel. Recommended. Free parking and reasonable price. Note their restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but there is a very nice restaurant 2 minutes away called Bahnhof but closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays!

Nice place

Quaint Swiss town by the river, Hotel was fine, room perhaps a little basic but comfortable. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

Loved the free breakfast! Staff was very friendly! The area is quaint and quiet, which allowed me to get some work done from my room. Only problem was that wifi did not connect most of the time.

Room was filled with biting insects, many squashed on the walls. Very tired and dated room. No drink making facilities in the room. Breakfast was stale pastries which weren't restocked - really not to be recommended sadly. Staff were friendly when we arrived, but different staff in the morning less so.

Alt, aber mit Charme.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, geht aber in Ordnung. Das Restaurant ist Montags und Dienstags leider geschlossen. Parken ist schwierig.

Einfach und günstig

Biel war fast ausgebucht, bis auf ein paar Angebote in hohen Preisklassen. Im Jura Hotel gab es laut Internet nur noch ein Zimmer mit Etagenbad. Beim Einchecken hat man uns dann aber ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gegeben. Das war sehr nett.

On y revient car on y est bien

Notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel où l'on se sent bien. Idéalement situé pour nous rendre au Summerside Festival de Grenchen. Pas vraiment le temps de profiter des environs, mais il y a des commerces proches et des facilités de parking. Pour avoir déjà testé le restaurant de l'hôtel, il est vraiment top. Et pour les personnes de l'hôtel, c'est toujours un plaisir de vous revoir et d'échanger quelques mots avec vous. A l'année prochaine... peut-être.

Keine Privatsphäre

Es wurde ohne anzuklopfen in mein Zimmer gekommen wärend ich auf der Toilette saß und einfach die Badezimmer Tür geöffnet. Anstatt dich zu entschuldigen hat das Personal versucht weiter durch die Badezimmer Tür mit mir zu reden nach dem ich sie im Schock wieder geschlossen habe. Es gibt Schilder für die Zimmer Tür falls ich eine Reinigung benötige welches ich nicht angehängt hatte trotzdem wurde meine Türe ohne anklopfen geöffnet trotz meines Schlüssel der von innen steckte. Das ist ein no Go !

Mauvaise expérience.

Tout d'abord, je suis arrivé à l'heure convenue et j'ai dû attendre 40 minutes dans la rue. Ensuite, la chambre était vieille et pas très propre, et on ne m'a même pas donné le code du Wi-Fi. Le jour suivant, j'avais convenu de prendre le petit-déjeuner à 8h00, mais à 7h40, ils frappaient déjà à ma porte. J'ai dû prendre mon petit-déjeuner en 5 minutes parce que 'c'était le dernier et ils devaient tout ranger
