Fine three star hotel in shopping area of Knokke. A bit of a walk to the beach area but doable. Parking can be tricky in this area, but train station area nearby. Air conditioning in room was very helpful given hot weather. Helpful staff.

Positive aspects: This is one of the very few hotels (if not the only one) in downtown Knokke with an affordable price (120 euro for a one-night stay on August 20-21). The bathroom is very clean and spacious, and it looks elegant thanks to the clear-colored tiles and the large window that lets plenty of light in. The receptionists were very friendly. One of them kindly borrowed me a charging cable for my mobile phone as mine was broken, and let me recharge the phone on his desk while I was out on sightseeing. I found his help so precious. Negative aspects: The shower door sweep was missing, so there was a massive water leaking when I took the shower. The air conditioning apparatus is very noisy when used at a low cooling temperature. Despite these shortcomings, I keep a good memory of my stay overall.

De kamer was schoon. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar wel goed. Het personeel van de bediening was erg attent. Tijdens het douchen stroomde water de badkamervloer op en dat kan voor gladheid zorgen. De eenpersoonsbedden liggen niet comfortabel. Over het parkeerbeleid in de omgeving is het handig om informatie over de verschillende zones met de klanten te delen.
