"The hotel was first class and all the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. My brother and I stayed here whilst visiting our family graves from world war one and it is a great base for visiting the sites. "

"Very friendly and helpful lady member of staff, hotel was great for an overnight rest whilst travelling down to Italy. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel has secure parking and all at a very reasonable price."

"We arrived at 1.50pm. The hotel seemed empty but we were told we could not check in until 2pm. We went and sat in our car until 2pm after no early check in was offered. The man on reception, he felt like he was our boss and offered a poor service. The room was warm and the bed not comfortable. We had a drink at the bar and the same member of staff served us but it appeared as if it was an inconvience to serve us. No one else was around, it was not as if he was busy dealing with other people. Not a pleasant stay"

"Staff and room were lovely. Dinner was nice, but the drinks were very expensive (small glass of wine €10). Breakfast, for the price, (€22 each) was very average"
