Villa Estate is rented as a separate villa, but forms a modern complex together with its neighbouring sister villas Primavera and La Reina Brtonigla.



Please note that this property only accepts youth groups on payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 27. If you are a youth group, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the accommodation caused during your stay will be deducted from the deposit.
