Experience a true village lifestyle surrounded with olive trees, vineyards, wild asparagus, farmers food in combination with the sea, sailing, biking, tennis, golf, historical towns, festivals, Istralandia and much more!

THE SPACE
The whole house is all yours as well as the back yard, garden with an outdoor shower, terrace and outdoor kitchen., including various children toys (tractor with a trailer, outdoor sandbox, tree house, games) and sports equipment (football, basketball, badminton set etc.). Childrens' playground is just around the corner.
Free parking in front of the house.

SURROUNDINGS
The house is located in the very centre of Nova vas, next to the church. The village of Nova vas is peaceful yet close to many lively Istrian towns as well as the amusement park Istralandia. Exactly the combination you are looking for!
