At first we were confused about the parking situation, but the staff made it very convenient and hassle free once you arrive. "Sunset Residence is a nice-looking building with multiple units, we stayed at the top floor with a balcony. Since the roof is sloped it feels a bit crowded. Room is clean with everything needed. The communication through WhatsApp is very easy and prompt. The parking is at 10 minutes walk away, but transportation is provided which is great service. "

The reception‘s parking lot also serves as off-site parking and E-buggy shuttle service from parking lot to apartment is included. Staff were friendly and helpful. "We loved our stay in this quaint room with a view of the cobblestone streets and a sweet kitchenette area. The electric kettle wasn’t working properly, but we figured out how to use the induction stove! That was a great addition to the room! The location was great for restaurants and nearby to the water. Claudia was super helpful and friendly! We loved our stay! "

"We had a wonderful time in Kottli. The houses are charming and well maintained. I did read a review before we went there complaining about the cleanliness of the property, but whoever wrote that probably doesn't live in the countryside. We found it perfectly clean for a rural property and Sanja who looks after the property was very nice and friendly. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the tourist hot spots! "

"This is a very spacious place, immaculately clean and in a safe residential area. The 15 minute walk to the center of Rovinj is well worth it for the ease of parking and going to nearby sites such as the hilltowns and Pula. There are three restaurants, a small grocery store, a farmer stand and a wine tasting room very nearby."
